PROMOTION PERIOD: Nissan 240sx Giveaway begins at 12:01:00 a.m. EST on January 9, 2026. The Nissan 240sx Giveaway ends 11:59:00 p.m. EST on January 23, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the continuous 48 United States, 18 years of age or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Owners of Oakes Garage, their affiliates, or any other suppliers to Oakes Garage and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related are ineligible.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: 1) Individuals who make an online purchase of the 240sx will receive entries on shopjimmyo.com. No limit to the number of entries received with a purchase. 2) To enter without purchase, send us a postcard with your full name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and date of birth hand-written on it. Then in 50 words or more, hand write a response to the following question, “What would you do if you won the Nissan 240sx?”. Mail to: Oakes Garage, P.O. Box 169, 61 N. Plains industrial Rd,Wallingford, CT 06492. Each postcard must be mailed individually. Earn 1 entry per postcard. Limit 1 entry per day via the no purchase method of entry (mail-in entries). Requests for confirmation of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photo copies or reproductions of mail-in entry will be accepted. Oakes Garage is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected mail-in entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Personal information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the 240sx Giveaway and will not be re-used, sold, or shared.

DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted. Odds of winning the Nissan 240sx Giveaway depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: A customized pre-owned Nissan 240sx. Vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states. Winner is responsible to check their state of residence to confirm and must use vehicle in accordance with regulations.

PRIZE DETAILS: Winner is responsible for registration, license, title, and insurance fees and any other expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize. Must provide a valid driver’s license and evidence of insurance prior to delivery. Transportation of vehicle will be covered by Oakes Garage. The winner will have the option to obtain the vehicle from a pre selected location if preferred. The prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind. Failure to take delivery of availability could cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to someone else. Winner is responsible for the payment of taxes on their prize and for any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.
