Shipping and Returns Policy
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship. (not including Mondays and some weekends) Drop shipment orders may take longer to ship. You will recieve a order conformation email and a shipment email. The Shipment email does not mean that the package has been picked up by the selcetd carrier. The shipment notification means that the order has been printed, a tracking number has been assigned, and that the order is being proccesed. ( Packed / waiting for carrier pickup) This is why we say to please allow 1-3 days for your order to show tracking updates as it may not go out the same day the label is created!
NEW DROPS! When we release a new drop, we gets hundreds and hundreds of orders and always drop on a Friday, so we do not pack orders over the same weekend as we need to sort and prep all orders that come in. With that, please expect your order to ship within 4-5 days from the following Monday of a new drop as it takes us alot of time to pack and print the orders and get everything organized so that you reicve your package as fast as we can with the least amount of shipping issues!
International Buyers may be subject to taxes and customs fees depending on the country. We are not responsible for any extra fees that occurred on the package and these possible taxes/fees are NOT included in the shipping cost. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER INTERNATIONALLY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO POTENTIALLY HAVING TO PAY ANY DUTIES, TAXES, OR FEES RELATED TO YOUR ORDER. UPS and USPS will require any fees be paid before deilvery. However, Fedex pre pays the duties and taxes on your behalf to speed up the shipping process to get you your order as soon as possible.
Again, we are not in control of these charges that may apply. The recipient countires customs deterime how much and if there are any fees.
If you choose not to pay the taxes/fees, the package is unclaimed, or the address provided is undeliverable and the package is returned to us, we will gladly refund you for the purchased products but shipping will not be refunded!
We cannot make returns of merchandise from international orders! If you are requesting a refund, we can make some exceptions, BUT, only a refund on the item(s) will be issued, NO SHIPPPING. Also, we can not cancel international orders after they have shipped! Please make sure you are positive on sizing or any other options when placing an order!

Once an order has shipped, it can not be canceled! If you are in the United States, you will be sent a return label for your order and will receive a refund once the items have been returned and checked over. If any items are missing or damaged, you will be charged the difference for the missing item(s) or charged a restocking fee of up to 20%.
MERCH RETURNS:
We cannot accept any international returns or returns from APOs, FPO's or DPO's. All domestic returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. HOWEVER, we cannot guarnatee that we will have the item instock that you wish to exchange for.
If you recieve a damaged or defective product, you must contact us and send photos of the product within 2 days of recieving your pacakge.
Exchanges: We will provide you with a return label. We will start the refund process and or start shipping out the replacement item that is wished to be exchanged for after we receive the product(s) back and inspect that they are fit for resale. Due to the amount unreturned and outright used goods that have been sent back, we will now strictly enforce this policy.
We have the right to refuse any return or exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on clothing that you shrink/damage in the laundry or from normal wear. If you send us a return or exchange of an item that has been worn profusely, or used, or damaged or is out right gross ( covered in animal hair, deoderant stains, etc) you will not be refunded.
Damaged/Defective: If an item is missing or damaged from your order you will be refunded for that item as long as it is reported to us within 2 days of receiving you order. You must return the damaged or defective product to us before receiving a full refund, (we will provide the return label) or, if you'd like to keep the product, we will offer a partial refund on the order.
LIMITED EDITION ITEMS:
All limited edition/Limited run products follow the same guidelines under merch returns other than that exchanges are not accepted due to limited and or sold out inventory.
NARDI:
Nardi products that are in stock take 1-3 days to ship. (excluding weekends) Nardi parts and accessories that need to be special ordered take 6-12 months.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all canceled Nardi orders!
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Most Nardi products have a 30-day return window, but it varies by item. Please contact support@shopjimmyo.com to find out the return policy on the item you would like to purchase. All returned Nardi products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. You may provide your own label or we can provide one and take the difference from your total return once approved by Nardi. All products need to be still in new, resalable condition and returned in the same manner as originally shipped (product inside product box/packaging, product box/packaging inside the shipping box). All steering wheels must be unregistered.
ALL OTHER PARTS ORDERS:
All in stock parts are returnable within 14 days of the date in which they are received by the customer, and are subject to a restocking fee of 15-25%. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
It takes 1-2 days to process a return authorization and to provide you with a return label. The returned item(s) will be inspected before any refund is issued. If we find the item is not in a new or like new, re-sellable condition, the restocking fee may be increased, or, if the item cannot be resold, it will be sent back to the customer with no refund.
All parts on our site are available to order, but that does not mean that they are in stock. A majoirty of parts can / will be drop shipped. All parts can be ordered if they are in stock, or, special order unless otherwise specified. If you have questions on stock or lead times please email us at support@shopjimmyo.com before placing an order. The shipping options selected for your order are for shipping time only. They do not represent availabiltiy or speed up processing / production time if parts are special order.
Please allow 1-3 days for parts order processing before shipment if in stock, if it is not in stock we will contact you directly within those 1-3 days and or after we hear back from the manufacturer on when stock will be avaiable.
All sales of SPECIAL ORDER parts are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE!
PRE-ORDER POLICY:
We put pre-order information everywehre when an item is a PRE-ORDER. Please pay attention! If you miss that info , its on you! Pre-order sales are FINAL! Make sure you check sizing and quanities before placing your order!! Remember that when you place an order for a pre-order item ALONG with other merch, they do not ship separatley. ALL PRODUCTS GET SHIPPED TOGETHER (This exlcudes drop ship items like parts and link products)
